2. Service

LobbyOutPost is a Discord community tool for gaming servers. Features include gaming news and updates, Lobby Pulse, release information and countdowns, Squad Up, and server-specific configuration through Discord commands.

3. Public Beta

LobbyOutPost is in a public beta phase. Features may be changed, expanded, or removed. Errors, temporary outages of individual sources, and maintenance may occur. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

4. Installation and permissions

LobbyOutPost is added to Discord servers by authorized users. Discord is required to use the service. Server administrators are responsible for configuring LobbyOutPost in appropriate channels and for providing the Discord permissions required for the selected features.

5. Gaming news and information

LobbyOutPost processes information from configured public or official sources. Information may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or withdrawn. LobbyOutPost does not replace binding communications from a publisher, developer, platform provider, or other rights holder. The original source should be checked before making important decisions.

6. Squad Up and user-provided information

Squad Up allows users to create and join gaming groups voluntarily. Users are responsible for the information they provide. Illegal, insulting, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, spam, advertising, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not bypass technical safeguards,
• do not overload or disrupt the service through automated means,
• do not exploit vulnerabilities,
• do not deceive other users,
• do not distribute illegal or harmful content.

Use of individual features or the service may be restricted in cases of abuse.

8. Third-party services

LobbyOutPost depends on external platforms and information sources, particularly Discord, hosting providers, and the respective gaming sources. Changes to or outages of these services may affect individual LobbyOutPost features.

9. Trademarks and third-party rights

LobbyOutPost is an independent community project. There is no official partnership or affiliation with Discord or the supported game developers, publishers, or platform providers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Game, product, and company names are used for descriptive purposes only.

10. Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. Statutory rights, particularly in cases of intent, gross negligence, or damage to life, body, or health, remain unaffected.

11. Changes and discontinuation

LobbyOutPost may be developed further, changed, or discontinued during the beta. Material changes to these terms will be communicated in an appropriate manner.

13. Final provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise. If individual provisions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
